This book focuses on the archives of historian, technical writer, and classified aircraft guru Peter Merlin. Guided by the idea that there is always something left behind, Merlin, a former NASA archivist, has amassed vast amounts of wreckage, records, memorabilia and what appear to be little more than remnants of covert government operations.
