A collection of works by Japanese photographer Seiichi Furuya.

First Trip to Bologna 1978 consists of Super 8 still images taken during a trip to Bologna in 1978, just a few weeks after Furuya and Christine met. there is Furuya discovered the film in his attic in 2018. In order to evoke memories of his trip that he had completely forgotten, he scanned the film and cut out still images frame by frame. It is said that they could not let it go. If he doesn't have any memory of it, he should "create" a new story about their trip to Bologna. In this book, along with the record of this first and new journey,published in 2002 as a self-published collection of worksI photographed my last trip with Christine. "Last Trip to Venice", which was born by unintentionally multiple-exposure of the cityscape of Berlin on the photograph, is recorded in a new composition. It uses a double cover specification for the front and back covers, and as you read on, the two journeys collide in the middle.
