A collection of works by British artist Felicity Hammond.

In the 21st century, there have been major changes in the way architecture is experienced. Through the lens of a virtual world brought about by highly advanced technology, it has become possible to visualize the post-construction environment from floor plans and digitally generate future maps of towns and cities around the world. Through found image collages, Hammond digs up a seemingly perfect world of images and reveals how far from reality they are. The artist claims that when the unrealistic images on a computer screen are converted into printed matter, it becomes immediately apparent to anyone how much the real world has been ignored. In this book, he combines photographic works with images of three-dimensional works and installations using photographs, and the images and objects collide with each other.
