Erwin Wurm Photographs

A collection of works by Austrian artist Erwin Wurm.

This book was published in conjunction with the artist's first retrospective exhibition planned and held by Maison Européenne de la Photographie (MEP) from March to June 2020. Exploring Wurm's wide-ranging practice from a new perspective, he has collected approximately 600 photographs taken from the late 1980s to the present, as well as original contact sheets and previously unpublished Wurm archives. Comprehensive recording of prints etc. From Dust Sculptures and Fabio Getting Dressed to his masterpiece One-Minute Sculptures, it examines the creative process of many of his major works and series, while also covering the latest series of large-scale Polaroid photographs.
