In 2000, the Dutch province of South Holland was the site of the first national park in the Netherlands. Bertian van Manen The project, entitled "Sand, Water, Peat/Harena Aqua Palus," captures the landscape, people at work, and the rooms in which they live in the area from 2000 to 2001.
