A collection of works by British photographer Nigel Shafran.

From 2016 to 2017, Shafran contacted homeless people in London and Paris and gave them cameras to take portraits of him. This book contains these photographs in chronological order, along with the names of the photographers and captions of the locations where they were taken. Shafran describes the film as his own response to the recent homelessness crisis. The number of homeless people in London has doubled since 2010, reaching 4,571 officially recorded by the government in autumn 2017. This work challenges the dilemma of being portrayed as a unilateral "victim" as soon as it becomes a subject, and Shafran attempts to destroy the composition of "us" and "them" through this project. there is
