Daido Moriyama Photo Collection (4): Light and Shadow

In 1972, Moriyama questioned photography to the limit with "Farewell to Photography", and after that, he fell into a severe slump. After 10 years, Moriyama was finally able to get out of the slump by returning to the theme of "light and shadow", which is the origin of photography and the basis of the phenomenon. The trajectory of his exploration, setbacks, and revival in "Nippon Theater Photo Album" (1968), "Farewell Photography", and this work are even moving.

This book is a new edition of the series "Daido Moriyama Photo Collection", which welcomes Satoru Machiguchi as a designer, renews printing and clothing, and revives out-of-print works with the photographer himself participating in the direction.
