Everything else is a lie by Hanna Putz
A collection of works by Hanna Putz, an artist based in Berlin and Vienna.
This book contains reconstructed photographs taken between 2012 and 2017. The photographs are cropped to such an extent that their original context is unclear, and by boldly removing blank spaces, you can imagine the unknown contexts before and after them and between the lines of adjacent images. A collection of works that make you think about the meaning of the act of "looking" after taking a photograph and the act of "editing" in production. In addition to 50 illustrations, it includes an interview with Patz and Magdalena Vukovic, and essays by Jason Evans and Luca Lo Pinto.
