Radici by Fabrizio Albertini

A collection of works by Italian photographer/videographer Fabrizio Albertini.

The photographs in this book, which means "roots" in Italian, were taken between 2015 and 2017 in and around the neighborhood of Albertini's home, which he called his garden. In addition to the photographs taken by himself, the second half includes archive photographs owned by the museum in the Cannovina Valley, Piedmont, along the border with Switzerland, where Albertini's mother was born and raised. An autobiographical photographic work woven from personal subjects and elaborate and sometimes mysterious photographs.
