10×10 Photobooks

Co-founder of 10x10 Photobooks, a non-profit organization established in 2012 with the aim of deepening relationships with the global photobook community through the appreciation, dissemination, and understanding of photobooks. A collection of works edited by Olga Yatskevich and Russet Lederman.

This book interprets the concept of the photobook as broadly as possible from diverse geographical/ethnic perspectives, from classic bound books and portfolios to unpublished works, zines and scrapbooks. Produced as an anthology book on the history of photobook expression that has been produced by female authors. From such prominent publications as Germaine Krull's Métal (1928) and Diane Arbus: An Aperture Monograph (1972), Eslanda Cardozo Good Robeson Goode Robeson's African Journey (1945) and Yamazawa Eiko's Far and Near (1962). It also notes that significant gaps and gaps have existed, such as lack of access, support and funding for photobooks by women of all races.

Winner of the 2021 Paris Photo–Aperture Foundation PhotoBook Awards - the Photography Catalog of the Year Prize.
